First Christmas Saturday yaaaaaay.
This is a very Saturday vibes recipe β lots of chocolate, super easy, really indulgent and really delicious.

I love Tiffin, but especially Christmas Style. Chocolate, biscuit, marshmallow, itβs always gonna be good, but festive flavours make it even better. Iβve used ginger biscuits in this recipe for some spicey warmth, dried cranberries for some extra festive sweetness, and marshies cos theyβre great. Itβs a good time.

The other thing I really love about this recipe aside from the fact itβs tasty, is how easy it is to make. You donβt even need to bake it. Anyone can do it and everyone will enjoy it.
Now, Tiffin also makes for great gifts! Last year itβs what I gave my work colleagues and it went down really well. You can make this recipe in big batches, package them up in cute little bags, maybe even some ribbon if youβre going all out, and gift someone with festive deliciousness. They would also make a great door drop off if you wanna go C-19 style.

You can add whatever you want to this tiffin if you donβt like anything Iβve used, play with your favourite flavours and textures and make something delicious!
Ingredients:
135g butter
200g chocolate (I like about 150g dark, 50g milk, but you do you)
3tbsp golden syrup
200g crushed ginger nut biscuits
100g dried cranberries
100g marshmallows
Method:
- Line a baking tin well with baking parchment or clingfilm if you donβt have it.
- Over a low heat in a saucepan or a bain-marie, melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup together until silky smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Separate about ΒΌ of the chocolate mixture in a separate bowl.
- To the ΒΎ of melted chocolate, add the biscuits, cranberries and marshmallows (and whatever else you fancy!) and stir in well. Pour this into the lined baking tin then top with the remaining ΒΌ of melted chocolate.
- Leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours to firm up properly. Then slice and enjoy!
